M/s. Microtech Boilers Pvt. Ltd, Ahmedabad has supplied to us 4000 Kgs/Hr. "IBR Boiler" with 14 Kg/cm2 (g) working pressure 40 Lacs Kcal/Hr. 'Thermic Fluid Heater System" to our Refinery at Rajkot. The Boiler supplied has latest "Twin Membrane water wall panel Design" with external furnace firing system very suitable for Agrowaste firing. We have huge fuel savings (Ground Nut Shell) of 6 Tons / Day in this boiler as compared to our old boiler as guaranteed by them before order placement.

The Thermic Fluid Heater System supplied is operating trouble free as compared to our LDO Fired old heater and we have Fuel cost savings in operating this newly supplied Agrowaste fired Thermic Heater System for our DO of Refinery.

This units are running since 1 Year. Both are units supplied are performing to our satisfaction and we are satisfied with there after Sales Service.

Performance of the Boiler is Excellent and operation efficiency is around 82% till date. The workmanship of the boiler is very good.
