We at "microtech" are manufacturing smoke tube / fire tube, 3-pass conventional fully wet back design package boilers.
this boilers are suitable for briquette / coal / wood firing with manual firing of the fuel through fire doors on stationery grate furnace firebars for efficient combustion on to large diameter furnace.
the boilers are manufactured from the boiler quality plates of sa 516, gr. 70 and boiler yubes of bs 3059, gr. 320 of standard makes with ibr tc.  
our boilers are provided with air-preheater / water pre-heater as heat recovery unit for the fuels savings.
we also provide cyclone / multicyclone / trema cyclones / cyclomax dust collectors in flue gas circuit before the id fan for the dust collection and emission control from chimney.
we also provide bag filters on request for the emission control to be < 100 ppm to meet the pollution board norms.
